Glasses Vs. Contact Lens: Which should you buy and why

Deciding between glasses and contact lens for refractive error depend on individual choice which has to do with convinience, comfort, cost and lifestyle, and also one is not that superior over the other, both have advantages and disadvantages

The advantages of eyeglasses is that you don't have to touch your eyes before wear it and also needs little cleaning and maintenance.  Unlike contact lens which can be uncomfortable because of the constant irritation of putting the lens in the eyes.
And glasses are cheaper than contact, they last longer unless it gets broken, and glasses protect your eyes from dust, pollen etc.

And the advantages contact lens have also is that it allows natural field of view, it has no frame to obstruct your vision, it does not have a frame to cause pressure on your face and they are perfect for sports and other physical activities.
