Federal Government declares Friday, February 22 a public holiday. In a statement made by the Minister of Interior, AbdulRahman Dambazau he said the work-free day is to enable citizens return to their polling units for the rescheduled elections.
He however said Bankers and those offering essential services across the nation, are excluded.
